Hay Can Lounge chair by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec

When they designed the Can collection, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec reimagined it as a form that’s less complex but just as relaxed and comfortable. Its most striking feature is its meticulously engineered, exposed tubular steel frame. The light and graceful frame is fitted with an embracing hammock-like canvas sling, which in turn supports plush seat cushions. The ample, welcoming cushions crafted from down-padded high-density foam represent a playful juxtaposition to the minimalist frame.
