This piece is a standout. Danish Designers Nanna and Jorgen Ditzel designed the Basket Chair in 1950, and it won the Cabinet Maker's Award in Copenhagen way back then. Clearly, it has stood the test of time, as it is such an elegant and artful piece 65 years later. I was intrigued by Nanna Jorgen so I looked and found this video about her. A designer way ahead of her time, and seemed like such a cool lady.
